We keep it simple because Mwah is simple.
Mwah is a couples app. You tap a button to send a small signal — a "mwah" — to your partner. That is it. No feed, no chat, no social network. Just a little heartbeat between two people.
Only what the app needs to work:
We do not collect your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or any other device data.
Exclusively to make the app work:
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with anyone except the services listed below that power the app.
Mwah is built on Supabase, which handles authentication, database storage, and real-time messaging. Your data is stored on Supabase's servers. Read their privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.
Photos you upload to the memory wall are stored in Supabase Storage. They are private to your couple — only you and your paired partner can view them.
Push notifications are delivered via OneSignal. Your device token is stored to enable notifications. Read their privacy policy at onesignal.com/privacy_policy.
If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple handles your authentication. No personal information from your Apple account is shared with us beyond your name and email, and only if you choose to share them.
When you pair with someone, they can see:
They cannot see your email address, password, or any other account details.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen inside the app. When you do, all of your data — your profile, tap history, and connection with your partner — is permanently deleted within 24 hours. This cannot be undone.
Mwah is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
