By creating an account or using Mwah, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Mwah is a private couples app that lets two paired users send each other small tap signals. It is intended for use between two people who know and trust each other — partners, spouses, or close companions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mwah. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may only create one account per person.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
You agree to use Mwah only for its intended purpose — sending affectionate signals to a consenting partner. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Pairing connects your account to one other person using an invite code. Both users must actively participate. If you unpair, both users are disconnected and shared tap history is removed. Re-pairing requires a new invite code exchange.
You may upload photos to the shared memory wall in your couple space. By uploading a photo you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not contain anything illegal, harmful, or offensive.
Photos are shared only with your paired partner. When you delete your account or unpair, your uploaded photos are permanently removed.
We do not review or moderate photos uploaded to private couple spaces.
We aim to keep Mwah running reliably but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
Mwah and all of its content, design, and code are owned by the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
Mwah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mwah.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
